Totally Nonglass pH Electrodes for Fluoride solutions

Before you buy another glass pH electrode
consider these advantages

*Useable in all Fluoride solutions.  Use this totally
 nonglass pH probe in acid pickling baths, chromium
 plating baths, aluminum polishing baths, and any other
 bath which contains fluoride and does not permit the
 use of glass pH electrodes.

*Unbreakable.  An added advantage of this solid state
 probe is that it is unbreakable, saving you money in
 replacement costs.

*Use with All Standard pH/millivolt meters or monitors.
 The nonglass pH probe can be used directly with all
 standard pH/millivolt meters.  The probe plugs directly
 into the meter.

 dipping directly into your bath or laboratory size for

How to Order


INLINE pH/ORP ELECTRODES FOR INSTALLATION IN A PIPE TEE The inline electrodes are designed for mounting on standard 1/2" or 3/4" pipe tees for continuous pH or ORP flow-thru monitoring. They are constructed with a sealed gel-filled reference which requires no pressurization or refilling during use. The electrode reference junction features our standard annular ceramic junction which permits use where high-solution currents prevail and is unaffected by streaming potentials. With the large reference surface area, reference clogging is not a problem. Order GX3 glass for high pH measurements where high concentrations of sodium are present. The double junction is used for samples containing organic compounds, proteins, heavy metals, or other compounds which inter-react with silver. For ease of installation detachable leads are available.

Submersible Electrodes

DISPOSABLE LOW MAINTENANCE SUBMERSIBLE ELECTRODES This series of electrodes is designed for ease of maintenance and electrode replacement. They are designed to be submerged into a tank or trough for waste water or industrial use where continuous pH or ORP monitoring is required. The combination electrode is encapsulated in a 1" O.D. by 3 ft. ABS pipe, eliminating electrode replacement in the housing and resultant seal leakage. The sealed, gel-filled reference requires no pressurization. The annular reference junction is of special design, allowing operation in processes that would normally foul a standard combination electrode reference. A wide variety of electrode types is available: 1. pH, ORP (platinum or gold) electrodes. 2. Single or double junction references. 3. Low sodium ion error electrodes. 4. Antimony pH electrodes. The electrode assembly reduces maintenance cost due to the ease of electrode handling and replacement. Electrodes compatible with nearly all pH and ORP instrumentation are available. They may be ordered with an optional integral temperature compensator. Refer to Temperature Compensator Selection Sheet, Bulletin 1187. Optional construction of CPVC or Kynar is available. Longer pipe length is also available.
