measures sodium chloride concentrations directly without interference from
most other ions and other food components.

your salter and adjust it to make sure the proper amount of salt
is being added.

SPEAR POINT PH ELECTRODE
The new Model S-1215 Spear Point pH electrode is well suited for pH
determination of foods such as cheeses, meats, vegetables, etc. The electrode
is Biocompatible and features a new ceramic reference junction that is
resistant to animal or vegetable protein clogging. The probe can be used for
incoming Q.C. microbial determination of raw ingredients such as slab cheeses
and meat products. It can also be used for Q.A. laboratory pH profiling in
processed foods such as salami, boneless chicken paste, hams, etc. The
determination is rapid and can be done directly by spearing the sample with
little or no sample prep. The only other equipment needed is a 0-14 pH meter
such as the LAZAR Model MP-12.
