Introduces Isoelectric Focusing pH Profiling System
Los Angeles, Calif. - A pH profiling system which is
specifically designed for isoelectric focusing-electrophoresis
applications has been introduced here by Lazar Research
Laboratories. The system features a unique miniature flat
combination pH probe in conjunction with an all acrylic gel
positioning table.
pH measurements can be made on flat bed polyacrylamide gels,
tube gels, disc gels, thin layer granular gels, and
preparative gels. The Lazar pH Profiling System provides
direct correlation between protein banding patterns and pH
profile without tedious gel slicing or chemical pH markers.
The pH Profiling System is designed to be used directly with
all standard laboratory pH meters.
